
🌟 We were delighted to welcome students from the International Summer University of the University of Applied Sciences in Osnabrück to the German Institute of Food Technologies (DIL).
During their visit, the group took part in lectures on food science and product development, gaining insights into current research and industrial applications. To complement the theory, the students also had the chance to carry out practical experiments in DIL’s pilot plant, including extrusion of plant proteins and sausage production. The combination of lectures and hands-on practice provided the students with a well-rounded experience, highlighting both the scientific foundations and the technological challenges of modern food processing.
